TUSSOCK TUSSOCK PINOT NOIR ROSE 2010

A delicate peach-skin blush colour. Freshly crushed strawberry aromas abound and are complemented by uplifting notes of creaming soda. Ripe, juicy strawberry characters are given poise by a subtle acidity. The wine finishes with a delicate silky texture.

Technical Information

Pinot Noir grapes grown specifically for Rose were hand harvested on April 15th. The fruit was gently destemmed and held on skins briefly to extract colour and aroma before being pressed. The juice was inoculated and fermented at cool temperatures to preserve the fresh berry fruit characters. The wine was bottled using gravity.

Pure, scented and charming wine with crushed strawberry, red cherry and aromatic herb flavours. Off dry in style but with a pleasantly mouth-tingling drying finish thanks to a backbone of fresh acidity. Pure and focused Rose at a great price.
