A fine mousse, with attractive bready notes, complementing the core fruit characters that yield to an elegant texture and a dry finish.
Made in a Brut style employing traditional techniques from a blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir. Grapes were grown on Moutere Clay soils in the Upper Moutere region. The wine spent 24 months bottle ageing on the yeast lees after bottle fermentation.
